  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Consumables, hygiene-based products, and handcrafted items cannot be returned due to personal preference, taste, fragrance, or change of mind.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Teas, coffees, spices, honey, and all edible consumables
Soy candles, bath essentials, wellness products
Gift hampers and festive/seasonal boxes
Customised or personalised items
Items purchased during sales, combos, or promotions

  1. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of:
    The damaged/incorrect product
    The outer packaging
    The shipping label
  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
  4. Refund Process

Refunds are approved only in the following cases:

Damaged or defective product
Wrong item delivered
Product unavailable or out of stock

Refund modes:

Store credit (fastest)
Refund to original payment method (5–7 business days)

  1. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
    Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  2. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges unless the delivered item is damaged or incorrect.
